• Cruise-related details — ship name, docking and all-aboard times when you provide them for shore excursions.
• Payment information — when online payments are enabled, card data is processed by Stripe (or another stated processor); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Technical data — standard server logs and cookies required for the site to function; analytics only if enabled and described at the point of use.

Why we use your data (lawful bases)

• Contract / pre-contract — to quote, confirm, and deliver transport services you request.
• Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries, improve our service, and keep records of trips for safety and accounting.
• Legal obligation — where tax, insurance, or licensing rules require retention of certain records.

Drivers receive the operational details needed to fulfil your journey (names, phones for day-of contact, addresses, timings).

How long we keep data

Enquiry emails and quotes are kept as long as useful for follow-up and typically reviewed within 24 months if no booking proceeds. Booking and invoicing records are retained for normal accounting periods (usually up to six years). You can ask us to delete data that we are not required to keep.

Children

We provide transport that may include children travelling with responsible adults. We do not knowingly market directly to children online.
