Wedding transport checklist for NI venues

Lock the skeleton times first

3. Reception arrival
4. Evening guest shuttle last pickup

Everything else — ribbons, playlists, champagne — is secondary to whether the vehicle can physically make the next leg.

Who rides where

• Bridal party — usually home or hotel → ceremony → reception
• Guest shuttle — hotel cluster → venue, then late return
• Photo hop — only if the gap between ceremony and dinner truly allows it

Sometimes one vehicle covers the day; sometimes bridal and guest runs need separate planning. An honest operator will say which.

Venue access notes for NI
